A hydatid cyst is a parasitic disease that most commonly affects the liver and lungs: it rarely heart: right ventricular involvement even less common. 33-year-old male patient with cardiac cystic mass, detected during echocardiography, was evaluated. Early surgery best treatment option. located in wall surgery. The drained defect ventricle quilted. Postoperative follow-ups occurred, he discharged albendazole good health.
